The Road

I just finished this book, my friend recommended it. You could read it in one night – there’s no way to stop. The writing is brilliantly bare, kind of like the world it’s written about.  It’s disturbing how much I think about this unimaginable future that Cormac McCarthy describes, because it’s really not unimaginable. (If you think about it too much – it might actaully seem inevitable.)  Anyway. Great book.
